When viewing PowerPoint® files as a web presentation, the presentation displays in your browser and does not require a PowerPoint viewer.

How to use Powerpoint presentations

The presentations can be viewed FULL SCREEN by clicking on the Slide Show icon at the bottom of the presentation.

At anytime you may click anywhere with the left mouse button to advance to the next slide.

If movies are present, please click on the hyperlink. If there is audio present in a slide, it will begin automatically. Once the audio is finished, you will see ‘click to continue’ appear in the lower right hand corner. At this time, you may advance to the next slide.

To exit Full Screen, press the ESCAPE key.

Video Files

Some of the presentations contain video files. Depending on a number of factors, you may or may not be able to play them. These factors include your operating system, the processing speed of your computer, the amount of RAM, type of connection to the Internet, type of web browser, and which media player your computer has, if any. You can still view these presentations although you will not be able to play the video portions at this time.

Free programs capable of playing Windows media (wmv) files include:

Download Files

Some of the files made available for download are very large. This can cause problems for users using slow modem connections.
